S & A Property Research, LLC was established by Ms. Amy M. Gough in 2003 with the goal of being a full-service land company providing an excellent service to the client with integrity, honesty, and ethics. We understand the demands of the client, deadlines, and what having an outstanding finished product means to the client.
Ms. Gough is a third generation expert in the field, and also has her CPL (Certified Professional Landman) certification. She started land work in 1998 working as an independent contractor for established brokers at the time or directly for major clients. Her experiences growing up in and around the industry have helped to forge a name for herself and her company. Her experiences have caused her to gain leadership skills rich with integrity and wisdom.
Her company has grown through honest practices and by employing, and contracting, people who are committed to working hard while producing a high-quality product. Amy has always said “her company is only as good as her people” and that is a proven fact. With the team that Ms. Gough has in place S & A Property Research has quickly become the best land brokerage firm in the Appalachian Basin.
